How your consult and oral journey works

Your first visit will be a one-hour consultation with Dr Nidhi Berera. This is the perfect opportunity to be open and honest about what is important to you and to discuss your long-term dental goals in the comfortable environment of our Leichhardt rooms. Dr Berera may take some records such as X-rays, photos, or study models of your teeth to gather more information about your smile and bite. This will help tailor your treatment to your ideal outcomes. Together, you will then be able to discuss treatment ideas, customised best practices, and how we can best achieve them.

After your first visit, we may need another consult! Some complex dental plans often require more time for planning and collaborating, all of which we will work together with you to make sure you are comfortable and confident moving forward with your oral health care plan. Whether complex or simple, our team will give you a clear treatment plan, and can even offer financial payment options should you require one.

For simple procedures, such as teeth whitening, we can start straight away! You can choose a date and time that works with you, come in and sit back in one of our fully equipped clinic rooms and relax, as we get to work towards your new, healthy, and confident smile. For more involved treatments such as teeth straightening, porcelain crowns, and veneers, we will complete the second consultation and get you ready and confident with the work and time required to achieve your goals. Our goal is to make sure that every time you walk out of clinic, you are smiling.

Appointment Policy

We kindly ask that our patients provide us with 24-hours’ notice should they need to cancel or reschedule their dental appointments. We will always be sensitive to any compassionate needs and unexpected circumstances. Due to the high demand for our services and the limited availability of appointments, a fee may be incurred for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This policy helps us ensure that we can efficiently accommodate all our patient’s needs and minimise any inconvenience caused by last-minute cancellations. We appreciate this mutual and ongoing understanding and cooperation.
